1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services, accessing or navigating our websites, booking consultations, or initiating custom engineering projects with INVENIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, organization, or small business entity, you warrant that you possess the necessary legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

If you do not agree to all provisions within this document, you are prohibited from utilizing our platforms, software systems, and engineering services.

2. Engineering Delivery & Project Kickoff

INVENIO provides elite development teams, custom AI automation workflows, B2B lead scrapers, and software outsourcing solutions. Under our standard operational commitment:

• Accelerated Kickoff: We promise to initiate project operations and deliver technical frameworks or pre-vetted developer profiles within 2 business days of formal contract signature and deposit receipt.
• Outsourcing Scope: Codebases, architectures, and deliverables are specified inside separate Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed for each milestone.

3. Custom Tiers and Billing Framework

Clients agree to pay all service fees specified in their selected packages or custom agreements:

• Starter Tier: 10,000 PKR, with scope capped as indicated on our pricing sheets.
• Advanced Tier: 20,000 PKR, with scope capped at specified limits.
• Diamond Tier: 35,000 PKR, containing custom AI integrations and backend services.
• Enterprise / Custom solutions require a complete questionnaire review before formal quotes are finalized.
• All fees are invoiced electronically. Payments must be processed through authorized channels.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise negotiated in writing inside an active SOW:

• Deliverables ownership: Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client receives full ownership rights to all custom source code, databases, design layouts, and assets generated specifically for their project.
• INVENIO Toolings: INVENIO retains copyright over any pre-existing proprietary modules, automation templates, libraries, and core AI models utilized to build client solutions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we test codebases thoroughly and perform proactive Delivery Quality Assessments to surface execution risks, all services, applications, and custom AI systems are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. INVENIO does not guarantee that custom lead generation outcomes, automated email notifications, or conversational chatbots will operate entirely error-free or uninterrupted forever.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INVENIO, its founders, developers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or commercial interruptions, arising out of the performance or failure of custom software modules.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate an active project engagement under the notice protocols defined in their custom SOW. INVENIO reserves the right to terminate access to support systems, maintenance tools, or hosting environments immediately if any invoice remains unpaid past its designated due date.
